Dear Members, Our plans are moving forward for BCP’s Culinary Week and we will be keeping you updated as we confirm the program in the coming weeks. We are also pleased to announce at this time that three BCP members have undertaken to head our latest project, the Young Chefs Club. Puri Danandari of PT Unilever Food Solutions, Sugihanto Sachid of Bapak Bakery and Nyoman Wirata of Discovery Kartika Plaza will be working to foster young talent and share their considerable skills through this new committee.
