Dear Culinary friends,

Welcome to 2010 high season period. I’m sure all of you are busy preparing this holiday season. With all the excitement happening this month, I would like to share with you some information about our association.

Bali Culinary Professionals (BCP), the premier source of culinary industry in Bali is a constantly growing professional association with approximately 170 members including chefs, food suppliers, distributors and related food industry professionals. The association provides many opportunities, acting as a forum for professional & educational development as well as information exchange.

One of our recent culinary events is the Pastry Master Class by Fonterra, hosted by Nikko Bali Resort and Spa. We also thank Fonterra for providing one-day pastry training for members of the young chefs association.

BCP would like to show appreciation to Hu’u Bar, Bapak Bakery, Padma Resorts and Jenggala Keramik who provided gifts, vouchers and beautiful hampers for the July chef luncheon at Bali Khama. Your contribution is highly appreciated.

Anyone who pursues his profession with passion is usually also interested in sharing with colleagues. As such, I would like to invite you to participate in the betterment of the Association.
