PERFECT TEN OUT OF TEN
The success of last year’s Bali Culinary Professional Dinner enhanced the decision to create another spectacular event this year.
Themed “Ten out of Ten” this year’s event will introduce famed foreign and local chefs from all over Bali as well as inviting guest chefs from Singapore and Australia. The event is scheduled for October 28th 2006 at the Ritz Carlton Bali Resort & Spa.
A perfect score, ten out of ten! The ten spectacular chefs include Made Putra – The Laguna Resort & Spa, Raymond Saja – Di Mare restaurant, Stephen Wright – The Legian, Torsten Schubert – The Samaya Villas, Scott Webster – Australian Culinary Consultants, Australia, Francois Seurin – Mozaic, Jean Charles Dubois – Raffles Grill, Raffles Hotel, Singapore, Dean Kedell – The Ritz Carlton Resort & Spa, Andreas Gillar – Bali Bakery, I Wayan Werta – Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa
Guests are invited on a culinary journey of tasteful dishes prepared and shown live on camera during the dinner. The dining experience is complemented with a selection of the finest Champagne and wines from around the world.
“We have prepared 20 tables for this year’s event and it guarantees to be a sell out. It will be an extravagant event and at the same time a fund raising opportunity will be given to the diners in support for the community of Bali. “Part of the ticket sales will be allocated to Culinary scholarships for 4 students from the Institute of Tourism Bali” explains Markus Krickelberg, president of BCP.
