Friday 16 April 2010… Bali Culinary Professionals for the third time supported the departure of Indonesian best pastry chef to compete at Asian Pastry Cup 2010 in Singapore which will be held from 20-24 April 2010 along with the Food and Hotel Asia 2010.

Bocuse D’Or Asia Selection took place in Pudong Exhibition Center Shanghai China, from 17 – 19 March 2010.
Eleven countries participated in this event:
Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Indonesia, India and Cambodia.

Bali, March 17th, 2010… The National culinary competition, Salon Culinaire 2010, from held 11-13 March at BICC The Westin Resort, was declared a major success. The culinary competition organized by Bali Culinary Professionals included a category for junior chefs, Jeune Commis Rotisseur. Other new categories featured were elegant stylish wedding cake decoration, Fusion sushi platter display, and Individual Hot Cooking Norwegian Seafood.

The 7th SEAC Golf Tournament 2010 was again a great success, thanks to the dedication of Overall Chairman Werner Berger and Vice Chairman Othmar Frei, who have organized this Manila-based biennial chefs’ tournament since 1998. Delegates totaled 140 from 21 different country-bases. Utmost thanks to the major sponsors who have been so faithful through the many years.
